So in one of these retarded pre-baby parenting classes that our insurance company puts on, the Nurse asked the class ''Who's having a boy? And now whos having him circumsized?''

Pretty much everyone said yes.....

I was amazed, noone had a reason more than ''it looks funny uncut''

So, for you guys.... Are you chopped? If you have sons, or if you had a son, would you get em chopped?

Here, I will go first: I am chopped.... Never thought about the health reasons until I had a son, and then found from most studies, there is a slight health benefit at a cost of some sensitivity.

11% reduction in your chance of dick cancer.

I actually had this debate with my mother after she seen a Dr. show on TV.
I am chopped. I asked her why, she told me the doctor told her it was more healthy.
Well, I would not have a son chopped for an 11% increase. We are not Jewish.

Yes, with further information as what you have given, it has changed my mind.
BUT the question yet persists in my mind... it was placed there for some purpose as a useful tool.
I understand the issue of the Appendix being a "useful tool" at some point in our human ancestors. But the penis needs protection from the elements yadda yadda yadda...
